Chicken & Noodle Casserole

Here's what we had for dinner last night. Its always a hit and its easy and quick to make. Enjoy! :)

Chicken & Noodle Casserole
1 can cream of mushroom soup(i use crm of ckn)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup frozen mixed veggies
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups medium egg noodles, cooked & drained
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1.Stir soup, milk, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, veggies, chicken and noodles in 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
2. Bake at 400'F oven for 25 minutes or until hot. Stir
3. Top with cheddar cheese. (i put it back in the oven until its melted)
4. EAT.  Yum! Yum!

Makes 4 servings

I double this recipe so we can have leftovers.

I will try to remember to take a picture of the leftovers I'm having for lunch today! I thought about that yesterday when I posted the recipe, pictures are my favorite part too!!! Thats why I love PW!
